We accept prepayment via GCash and direct bank transfer.
Can I cancel my order?
- Within 1 hour of payment: Cancellation is allowed
- Processing or packed orders: Subject to approval
- Shipped or delivered orders: Cancellation is not allowed
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, same-day delivery is available via Lalamove upon request.
When will my order be processed?
- Orders confirmed before 11:59 AM (PHT): Processed the same day
- Orders after cut-off: Processed next business day (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays)

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and complete with tags and accessories.
Which items are non-returnable?
Perishable goods, customized items, intimate apparel, swimwear, and items marked “Final Sale,” unless defective or incorrect.

Refunds are processed after approval:
